Job Description

GPAC has partnered with a well-established pork production company that’s hiring a Swine Veterinarian. This is a key leadership role supporting herd health, animal welfare, pork safety and quality, and sustainability across multiple farm sites.

You'll work directly with other veterinarians, farm supervisors, and the leadership team to drive performance, guide research initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also includes oversight of the Veterinarian Feed Directive and animal welfare protocols like PQA, TQA, and CIA.

This is primarily a Monday–Friday position with steady hours and the chance to make a real impact in both animal care and operational success. Compensation is competitive, with a base salary of up to $200K depending on experience.

If you have your DVM, a passion for swine production, and at least 5 years of team leadership experience, I’d love to share more details with you.
