We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee bridge and roadway construction projects from start to finish, including new builds, replacements, and rehab/maintenance work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing public infrastructure projects.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned projects
Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate with field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with project specs, contracts, and safety standards
Manage submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and project documentation
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
3–5+ years of project management experience in bridge or roadway construction
Knowledge of DOT standards and public works processes
Proficiency in scheduling and project management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
