ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COATINGS

Our client is a respected Mid-Atlantic contractor based in the Philadelphia area, with over 35 years of proven success in industrial coatings and commercial painting. They are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimate projects, order materials, and oversee job progress using estimating software
• Manage client relationships and drive new business
• Conduct site visits and prepare accurate budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure successful project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background as a Project Engineer or Estimator
• Experience in industrial/commercial painting or coatings
• Strong time management, communication, and client-facing skills
• Familiar with safety standards; certifications in OSHA 10 & 30, ISN, and AMPP preferred
