 Senior Tax Manager Performance Expectations:

  • Conduct review and have ultimate signing responsibility for more complex tax returns.
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients.
  • Review required communications to clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with professional guidelines.
  • Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff.

Senior Tax Manager Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, and MST/MBT degree is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting.
  • Prior experience managing tax engagements and signing tax returns.
  • CPA Certificate.
  • Proven ability to prepare and review complex tax returns.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

 Senior Tax Manager Compensation:

  • $150,000-200,000
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Upward mobility into a partnership role for the right individual
