In this role you’ll be at the heart of construction projects from start to finish, helping to manage everything from employees and subcontractors to budgets and schedules. Your days will be dynamic — overseeing project details, maintaining client communication, ensuring safety compliance, and keeping everything running smoothly.

You’ll get hands-on experience with:

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing projects safely and on budget

  • Monitoring project progress, schedules, and costs

  • Preparing essential documentation like pay applications, change orders, and submittals

  • Working closely with superintendents, project managers, and field teams

  • Ensuring top-quality work and safety standards are met every day

  • Growing your skills in project management and construction tech like Primavera P6, HeavyJob, CMiC, and more


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of TXDoT experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Leadership potential and a team player mindset
