A well-established, business-focused law firm in Pennsylvania is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of private practice experience. About the Role:

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in commercial litigation, is comfortable managing cases with autonomy, and is committed to delivering excellent service through all phases of litigation. While primarily in-office, this role offers flexibility to structure your day with professional discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of business disputes and litigation matters
  • Manage litigation from intake to resolution, with support and mentorship from partners
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct legal research on complex issues
  • Attend and conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations/trials
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
  • Participate in networking and business development activities
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • 3–7 years of litigation experience in a private law firm
  • Background in commercial and general business litigation required
  • Strong research, writing, and case management skills
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and LexisNexis
