Associate Attorney – Energy Mineral Title Practice

Our nationally recognized firm in Oklahoma City, ranked among the NLJ’s Top 250, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0–5 years of experience to join our Energy Mineral Title practice. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to build a strong foundation in energy law while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex mineral and property title projects with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Advise clients on energy-related property and title matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Draft, review, and analyze documents with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams across multiple offices while maintaining independent responsibility for client matters.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor and bar admission Oklahoma.
  • 0–5 years of experience; property or mineral title experience in the energy sector preferred.
  • Strong academic record with excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while excelling in a collaborative, collegial law firm environment.
