Spacious separate office for attorney
In-office firm with occasional remote work
1800 annual billable hours requirement
Discretionary merit bonus at end of year
15-20% for business origination (for receivables collected)
401-k plan with a 3% match
Paid parking, MCLE, bar dues
Ideal candidate:
3-+ experience in civil litigation
Litigation experience; bonus would be depositions/court appearances/trial-arbitration experience
Ability and enjoyment working in office
Compensation will depend on a combination of education and experience. Full benefits and bonus structure in place.
