Senior Associate Attorney – Medical Malpractice Defense

A well-established and reputable defense firm with offices in New Hampshire and Boston is seeking a talented Senior Associate Attorney with 4+ years of medical malpractice defense experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on significant responsibility, work on complex cases, and grow within a highly respected litigation team.
Manage medical malpractice defense cases from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and briefs
Handle depositions, court appearances, and negotiations
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Minimum 4 years of medical malpractice defense experience
Strong litigation skills, including depositions and motion practice
Excellent analytical, writing, and courtroom skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
