Hi there, my name is Victoria Dull and we’re partnering with a well-established produce company located in the Central Valley, known for exceptional culture and long employee tenure (12+ years on average). They’re seeking a Sales Manager with responsibilities similar to a General Manager—overseeing four office team members, leading daily operations, supporting quality standards, strengthening customer relationships, and driving new business in the foods service/produce space.
Ideal candidates will have food service or produce sales experience, strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, and proven team leadership. A positive, people-focused personality and the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff are essential. Quality assurance experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary in the $85,000 range plus commissions
