We’re hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to keep high‑speed manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. If you’re experienced with mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping production moving, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Repair and troubleshoot industrial machinery
Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or broken parts
Perform lubrication, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
Reassemble and test equipment to verify repairs
Read blueprints and manuals to diagnose issues
Cut/weld metal and fabricate parts when needed
Document repairs and parts used
What You Need
1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Ability to work any shift (A/C, B/D, or M–F days)
Comfort with forklifts or squeeze lifts (preferred)
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Strong problem‑solving, adaptability, and communication skills
Pay & Benefits
$21–23/hr starting
