Job Description

We’re hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to keep high‑speed manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. If you’re experienced with mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping production moving, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Repair and troubleshoot industrial machinery

  • Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or broken parts

  • Perform lubrication, adjustments, and preventative maintenance

  • Reassemble and test equipment to verify repairs

  • Read blueprints and manuals to diagnose issues

  • Cut/weld metal and fabricate parts when needed

  • Document repairs and parts used

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

  • Ability to work any shift (A/C, B/D, or M–F days)

  • Comfort with forklifts or squeeze lifts (preferred)

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

  • Strong problem‑solving, adaptability, and communication skills

Pay & Benefits
