Position Overview

The BIM Manager / VDC Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing BIM and VDC standards, managing project coordination efforts, and supporting project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle. This individual will serve as a technical leader and strategic partner, helping drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company BIM and VDC standards, workflows, and best practices
• Lead BIM execution planning and project-specific coordination strategies
• Manage model quality, consistency, and compliance across projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to digital construction technologies

Qualifications

• Experience managing BIM and VDC efforts for commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM technologies
• Strong understanding of design coordination, construction workflows, and project delivery processes
• Experience leading clash detection, model management, and coordination meetings
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with design teams, operations, field personnel, and executive leadership
• Passion for innovation and advancing technology within the construction industry
