You must come from a manufacturing background to be considered!

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions for the manufacturing facility. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR management in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with strong knowledge of labor regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and staffing needs, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and oversee workers' compensation and disability management.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development opportunities.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
