Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
Support loan committee preparation through credit reviews and documentation analysis
Ensure loans meet internal policy and regulatory compliance standards
Communicate with lenders to resolve documentation or credit concerns
Monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
Participate in credit committee and department meetings
Assist with portfolio reporting, audits, and special projects
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow into new responsibilities
Interest in community banking and the Springfield/Ozarks business environment
