You won’t be stuck behind spreadsheets all day—you’ll work closely with loan officers, senior credit professionals, and executive management, learning the St. Louis market from the ground up.
Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
Support loan committee preparation through credit reviews and documentation analysis
Ensure loans comply with internal credit policy and regulatory standards
Communicate with lenders to address documentation, collateral, or credit concerns
Help monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
Participate in credit committee and department meetings
Assist with portfolio reporting, audits, and special projects
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and desire to grow into new responsibilities
Interest in community banking and the St. Louis business landscape
