Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of the human resources function. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement and offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified HR professional to step into a well-established role with the ability to ensure continuity and contribute to future HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and employee development

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions as needed

  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR systems

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Support leadership with training, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • 3–4+ years of human resources experience

  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • HR certification a plus
