Position Overview: We are looking for a Mid-Level Construction Superintendent with 5–10 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We're seeking professionals with a stable work history—this role is not a fit for job hoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to close-out on assigned commercial projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Manage daily site operations, safety meetings, and quality control inspections.
Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
Requirements:
5–10 years of proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects (retail, office, healthcare, mixed-use, etc.).
Demonstrated stability in employment with a track record of long tenures (no job hoppers).
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
