This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced civil litigator to join a top-tier Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.


Position Overview

The firm seeks a mid-level associate (3–5 years) with civil litigation experience in business and commercial disputes. This role offers a robust mix of client interaction, complex legal strategy, and courtroom involvement. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep
  • Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis for high-stakes commercial matters
  • Manage client communications and strategy in collaboration with partners
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Participate in business development and marketing initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Experience managing complex cases and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
