PM/Estimator, Omaha, NE

A well-established commercial drywall and metal stud framing subcontractor is seeking a PM/Estimator to estimate projects and then manage them through completion.

What you'll do:

• Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial framing and drywall projects
• Transition awarded projects into management
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Visit job sites to monitor progress
• Coordinate with general contractors and field leadership

What you bring:

• 5+ years of commercial metal stud framing PM and/or estimating experience
• Ability to take off and manage a project end to end
• Proficiency with takeoff software
• Strong communication skills
• Local to the market
