Are you a passionate Family Law Attorney looking to take the lead in meaningful litigation work? A respected and growing boutique law firm in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Family Law Litigation Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join their dynamic and client-focused team.

πŸ” About the Role:

As a key member of our litigation team, you will manage your own caseload of complex family law matters from intake through resolution. You’ll handle contested divorces, custody disputes, enforcement actions, modifications, and high-net-worth cases.

🧾 Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

  • Attend court appearances regularly in Bexar and surrounding counties

  • Provide clear legal counsel with a compassionate and strategic approach

  • Collaborate with support staff to manage timelines and client expectations

βœ… Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of recent experience in Texas family law litigation

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

  • Trial or contested hearing experience strongly preferred

  • Strong legal writing, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently

  • Spanish-speaking proficiency

  • Experience with high-conflict or complex custody matters
