Job Description

A confidential, vertically integrated global Food & Beverage company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead worldwide operations. This fast-growing organization operates across 20+ countries with a diverse scope including trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for an operations executive with global experience who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and unify global operations: trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair

  • Set and execute operational strategy aligned with growth and profitability goals

  • Oversee supply chain, procurement, production planning, quality, inventory, and multi-country logistics

  • Implement and optimize ERP, CRM, and financial systems for scalability

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver actionable operations plans

  • Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to boost efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and corrective actions

  • Lead change management across systems, processes, and organizational design

  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and quality standards

What You Bring

  • 10–15+ years of operations leadership with measurable results (cost, productivity, scale)

  • Experience implementing ERP/CRM/financial systems and using data to drive strategy

  • International/global operations background (trade, import/export, distribution)

  • Industry experience in Food, Coffee, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills

  • Master’s degree preferred; willingness to travel internationally
