Background:

• Guide and advise clients through complex municipal zoning approval processes, conducting comprehensive municipal code review and strategic analysis
• Advocate before municipal boards and agencies to secure site plan, variance, and special use approvals for diverse development projects
• Secure zoning variances and changes essential for real estate projects
• 1-3 years of land use experience is a plus
• Admitted in MD
