Job Title: Plaintiff's Workers' Attorney

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Austin, TX

I am working with a dynamic law firm that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plaintiff Workers Compensation Attorney with 2+ years of experience. We are looking for an Atttorney with prior plainitff experience preferred to join their team, focusing on plaintiff workers compensation cases. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal injury law, trial experience, and a knack for providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Plaintiff Workers Compensation Attorney:

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Plaintiff's Workers Compensation Attorney experience.
  • Licensed in TX and NM or the ability to wiave into NM based on UBE score.
  • Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support plaintiffs’ strategies.
  • Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients.
  • Go to trial when it is not in the clients best interest to accept a settlement.
  • Strong ability to see the big picture and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Work hard and play hard. In the office M-F, no work on the weekends.
