Position: Case Manager – Plaintiff Personal Injury
Location: Beverly Hills (Hybrid Schedule – In-Office 3 Days/Week)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our top-rated plaintiff personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be part of a highly respected legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and attorneys
Prepare and review medical records and legal documentation
Assist in litigation processes including discovery and trial preparation
Maintain case files and case management systems
Qualifications:
Must have litigation experience
Experience in plaintiff personal injury law required
Medical case experience is essential
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Hybrid role – In-office presence required 3 days per week
