Why this role?
You'd lead the full finance function of a growing construction company and report directly to the CEO. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ plus a bonus of up to 30%.
What will you own?
- Job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition
- Budgeting, cash flow, billing, and AR
- Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits
- Leadership of the accounting team
Who are we looking for?
- 7+ years in accounting or finance, with 3+ in a management role
- A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) plus a degree in accounting or finance
- Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista is a plus

On-site in Columbia, MO, an easy commute from Jefferson City.
