A respected boutique law firm in Tampa is seeking a Board-Certified Healthcare Attorney to join their growing team. This opportunity offers long-term leadership potential and direct access to a well-established client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide range of healthcare regulatory issues, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and the False Claims Act
Counsel physician groups, healthcare facilities, and individual providers on transactional, operational, and compliance matters
Draft and negotiate provider agreements, MSAs, and corporate documents
Represent clients during state and federal audits, investigations, and administrative actions
Guide healthcare entities through mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
Qualifications:
Florida Bar license in good standing
Board Certification in Health Law (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing healthcare law
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-relations skills
