This is a unique, high-impact opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join a top-tier team in the Boston, MA area. With projects spanning land development, infrastructure, and high-profile commercial work, this role offers not just a job—but a long-term career path with substantial rewards.
Lead high-profile land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
Utilize the latest technology and tools, such as total stations, GPS, and advanced survey software to perform field surveys
Analyze, prepare, and review survey data ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and planners to ensure seamless project execution
Prepare survey plats, maps, and reports for clients and governmental agencies
Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and provide guidance to field staff
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 5+ years of experience
Expertise in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, etc.)
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal survey regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Competitive Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
