We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistants with transactional backgrounds and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a law firm setting. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting attorneys in corporate, real estate, finance or other transactional practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys in transactional matters

  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and agreements

  • Manage and organize case files, contracts, and closing documents

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

  • Assist with document management, filing, and database maintenance

  • Handle billing, time entry, and expense tracking

  • Perform legal research and due diligence support as needed

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm environment

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and transactional processes

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal document management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
