Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing book of businesses, while contributing to firm-wide business development initiatives
  • Lead and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and a high-performing team environment.
  • Collaborate with partners and firm leadership on strategic planning and client service initiatives.
  • Represent clients in complex legal matters, providing trusted counsel and practical solutions.

Qualifications

  • JD required, licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania.
  • 8+ years of experience in a law firm setting, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following:
  • Commercial Litigation
  • Corporate/Transactional Law
  • Real Estate
  • Employment Law
  • Trust & Estates
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
