  • Drive Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting a portfolio of high-quality paint and coating products and services.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with estimating, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay Industry Savvy: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and advancements in paint and coating technologies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the commercial paint, industrial coatings, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of interior and exterior coatings, fireproofing, and specialty products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable business strategies.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on results and growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
