Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic insurance team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of commercial lines business and working closely with producers to service clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of commercial lines business.
  • Work closely with producers to service clients and prospects.
  • Prepare and process new and renewal policies, endorsements, certificates, and other related documents.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and other inquiries.
  • Attend industry events and training sessions as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
