About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a mission-driven financial institution to hire a strategic, execution-focused leader to build and lead a new Treasury Department. This role offers a rare chance to create something from the ground up—with direct access to executive leadership and the full support to build your own processes, systems, and team.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement treasury operations, liquidity tracking, and deposit pricing strategies
- Select and roll out treasury systems, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Build cross-functional partnerships with finance, lending, IT, and compliance
- Create policies and procedures aligned with risk, regulatory, and performance standards
- Lead operational projects with organization-wide visibility
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing treasury team over 12–18 months
Who You Are:
- 7+ years in treasury management, deposit ops, or commercial banking operations
- Experienced in launching or rebuilding treasury or payments systems
- Strong grasp of ALM, cash flow modeling, liquidity metrics, and deposit strategy
- Project-minded: able to create and execute a 12–18 month buildout roadmap
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving infrastructure
- Proven communicator and collaborator across business functions
