Job Description

 A well-established law firm is and hiring a  Bilingual Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking for new challenges, a change in their career, or to grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years' experience.  This role will support the managing attorney with residential real estate closings, conducting title review and clearance.   

    • Practice Leadership & Oversight
      • Oversee all aspects of real estate closings.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders. 
      • Maintain quality control and compliance with firm protocols, Georgia law, and underwriter guidelines.
    • Client & Community Engagement
      • Provide culturally competent service to Hispanic [and non-English]-speaking clients.
      • Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and community leaders.
      • Represent the firm at community events, agent meetings, and networking functions relevant to multicultural communities.
    • Business Development
      • Leverage existing relationships and identify opportunities to expand the firm's footprint in Hispanic and multilingual markets.
      • Collaborate with the firm’s marketing and business development teams to tailor outreach and education materials to target audiences. 
    • Legal Expertise
      • Conduct title review and resolve title issues as needed.
      • Draft and review closing documents.
      • Supervise and conduct real estate closings.
      • Provide guidance on legal issues related to residential transactions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    • Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate law.
    • Fluency in Spanish required (verbal and written); additional language skills a plus.
    • Demonstrated experience working with Hispanic or other multicultural communities.
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage a team and handle a high volume of closings with accuracy and care.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Existing relationships with Hispanic real estate agents or community organizations in the Atlanta area.
    • Experience in managing or helping to build a new or growing practice.
    • Familiarity with real estate closing software (e.g., SoftPro, Qualia).
    • Comfort with marketing and public speaking within the community.
