GPAC is handling this search privately for a builder focused on apartment communities. Location: Greenville, SC.

What You Bring

• 5+ years running new apartment builds as superintendent
• Know-how across foundations, framing, envelope, interiors and mechanical
• Comfort with Office and scheduling tools
• Organized and strong on paperwork

What You Will Handle

• Lead the site team every day
• Keep schedule and quality on track with the PM and trades
• Own site safety
• Update owners and designers
• Check work daily and keep records current
