Maintenance Director – Food Manufacturing (Confidential – On-Site)
Salary: $110K–$130K + Benefits + Strategic Growth

A leading and rapidly growing food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Director to provide strategic oversight of all plant maintenance operations, equipment reliability, capital planning, and modernization efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct plant-wide maintenance strategy, policies, and performance

  • Lead preventative & predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime

  • Oversee equipment reliability, utilities, and facility infrastructure

  • Own CAPEX planning, execution, vendor management & contractor oversight

  • Manage CMMS utilization, work orders, parts, and inventory control

  • Develop and mentor maintenance teams, supervisors, and leads

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and regulatory standards

  • Drive continuous improvement, asset lifecycle planning, and KPI management

  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety leadership to align goals

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Senior maintenance leadership in food or beverage manufacturing

  • Expertise in high-speed packaging, process equipment, ovens, mixers, refrigeration, or utilities

  • Demonstrated results in uptime improvement, cost reduction, and modernization

  • Experience managing teams and capital equipment projects

  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership
