Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

An established construction firm based in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support project execution across commercial interior construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the field and a passion for contributing to high-quality builds in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and institutional food service.
The Project Manager with various day-to-day operations to ensure successful and timely delivery of construction projects. The position involves close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients.
Maintain and update all project documentation, including contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
Track and manage drawing histories, current drawing logs, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation.
Support procurement efforts including subcontractor buyout and materials coordination.
Scheduling tasks—developing, monitoring, and updating project timelines.
Track work quantities installed and assess project progress for compliance with specs, safety, and quality.
Participate in project forecasting, change order processing, and project team communication.
Maintain the project directory and act as a liaison between the project team, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in commercial construction.
Familiarity with interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
High level of integrity, initiative, and a proactive work ethic.
