About the Role

An established construction firm based in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support project execution across commercial interior construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the field and a passion for contributing to high-quality builds in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and institutional food service.

The Project Manager with various day-to-day operations to ensure successful and timely delivery of construction projects. The position involves close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all project documentation, including contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

  • Track and manage drawing histories, current drawing logs, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation.

  • Support procurement efforts including subcontractor buyout and materials coordination.

  • Scheduling tasks—developing, monitoring, and updating project timelines.

  • Track work quantities installed and assess project progress for compliance with specs, safety, and quality.

  • Participate in project forecasting, change order processing, and project team communication.

  • Maintain the project directory and act as a liaison between the project team, owners, architects, and subcontractors.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in commercial construction.

  • Familiarity with interpreting construction drawings and specifications.


Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • High level of integrity, initiative, and a proactive work ethic.
