Civil Litigation Paralegal in Los Angeles

Job Description

We are searching for an experienced paralegal with a background in personal injury or employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting attorneys in all phases of litigation, preparing cases for arbitrations, depositions, and trial. This includes drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents, performing legal research, and preparing discovery and responding. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures
• Proven ability to support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-trial through trial preparation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
