What You'll Be Doing:

As a key leader in our organization, you’ll take charge of core HR operations and help foster a high-performing, people-first culture:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Design, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Advise and foster employee relations & conflict resolution
  • Coordinate performance management systems to ensure growth and accountability
  • Champion employee development and career growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR management experience (legal industry experience plus!)
  • Solid understanding of U.S. and Nevada employment law & compliance
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
