Litigation Attorney in Milwaukee

Job Snapshot

Job Description

What if your compensation were built around your goals, not a lockstep chart? This Milwaukee-area firm sets pay individually, and that's only part of the story.

Hi, I'm Paul Pankratz. I enjoy working with this firm because its leaders know how to make decisions. The work is sophisticated but far more varied than Big Law, so no one gets trapped in a small niche, and attorneys still build real specialties.

Why This Role Stands Out

- A truly individualized compensation structure, designed around what matters to you

- Diverse litigation: construction defects, contract disputes, insurance coverage and real estate conflicts

- Direct client contact and real responsibility on your files

- Leadership focused on long-term careers, not churn

What You'll Do

- Handle litigation from intake through resolution

- Advise clients and their boards on options and strategy

- Take depositions, draft motions and negotiate resolutions

- Take a practical approach that protects clients' long-term interests

What You Bring

- 3+ years of litigation experience; commercial litigation preferred, civil litigation considered

- Strong writing and client communication

- Wisconsin bar admission

- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Milwaukee area
