Real Estate Attorney – Jacksonville, FL
A well-established law firm in Jacksonville is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 1–4 years of experience to join its growing transactional team. This in-office position offers the opportunity to work on a steady pipeline of residential and commercial closings, with a focus on VA and FHA loan transactions.
Position Highlights:
Handle end-to-end residential and commercial real estate closings, including contract review, title clearance, and document preparation
Work closely with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure timely and compliant closings
Provide legal guidance on VA and FHA loan requirements and ensure alignment with federal and state regulations
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, title documents, and closing disclosures
What You Bring:
JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license
1–4 years of real estate law experience, preferably with a focus on VA/FHA transactions
Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and closing procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
