Tax Supervisor/Manager | Plymouth, MN

Is it time to lead people as well as returns? A firm that advises closely held companies, nonprofits and high-net-worth families is growing its tax practice and needs a Tax Supervisor/Manager in Plymouth.

About the Role:

• Coach, train and develop associates and seniors on the tax team
• Serve as a primary contact and advisor for key client relationships
• Oversee a mixed portfolio of business and individual filings
• Lead planning discussions and year-end projection work for owners
• Coordinate multi-state compliance and estimated tax payments

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
