Tax Manager | Minneapolis, MN

Looking for a tax seat where you set the agenda with clients, not just fill in forms? A well-regarded regional CPA firm serving privately held companies and their owners is expanding and needs a Tax Manager in Minneapolis.

About the Role:

• Act as the go-to advisor for a book of business and individual tax clients
• Review intricate returns prepared by staff and seniors before delivery
• Guide federal and multi-state compliance for partnerships, S corps and C corps
• Handle notices and correspondence with taxing authorities
• Drive planning conversations and year-end projections with owners

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Deep familiarity with federal and state tax rules
