What You Bring

• 10+ years as the lead superintendent on large commercial or industrial jobs
• A related degree or equal field background
• OSHA 30 and a recognized safety supervisor certification
• Strong collaborative planning habits

What You Will Handle

• Oversee site operations and the field budget
• Plan complex phasing and transitions
• Own logistics, quality and the master schedule
• Build a strong safety culture
• Develop and manage field staff
