Open Table Fitters
GPAC just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that’s been in business for over 75 years! They are looking to hire an Open Table Fitter quickly and are offering competitive compensation for the right candidate.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Open table fit-up
Work with large parts and heavy plate fabrication
Use of solid wire or flux core welding (tack welding only)
Read and follow blueprints or drawings
Use measuring tools and fabrication equipment
Collaborate with welders and team members
Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in heavy plate or large part manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Comfortable working with solid wire or flux core processes
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
