About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or sales background who is ready to grow their career in the insurance industry. You’ll help clients find the right coverage, provide exceptional service, and build lasting relationships while working in a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
Assist clients in understanding insurance policies and coverage options
Provide quotes, process applications, and support clients with claims
Use office technology and Agency Management Systems to manage accounts
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and agency objectives
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service or sales experience
Proficiency with office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance license prior to hire date
Willingness to obtain Life & Health licenses within three months of hire
Experience with Agency Management Systems
