J.D. from an accredited law school
3+ years of legal experience in one or more of the following:
Business litigation (e.g., breach of contract, shareholder disputes, commercial torts)
Real estate law (e.g., transactions, leasing, development, land use)
Eminent domain (e.g., inverse condemnation, public takings, valuation disputes)
Licensed and in good standing with the Indiana Bar
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and client-service oriented
