Ideal Candidate Profile

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • 3+ years of legal experience in one or more of the following:

    • Business litigation (e.g., breach of contract, shareholder disputes, commercial torts)

    • Real estate law (e.g., transactions, leasing, development, land use)

    • Eminent domain (e.g., inverse condemnation, public takings, valuation disputes)

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Indiana Bar

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and client-service oriented
