Are you a driven Project Manager with a passion for industrial construction? Are you ready to lead complex, high-profile projects?  Wisconsin’s most respected construction company is looking for a top-tier Project Manager to join their team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee large-scale industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll work with a collaborative team that values precision, safety, and delivering on promises. Travel to project sites outside of Wisconsin is part of the role—flexibility is key, and so is the opportunity to lead some of the most impactful work in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of industrial construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on every site.
  • Oversee project documentation, contracts, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery.
  • Travel to regional and out-of-state project locations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction project management.
  • Proven experience delivering complex industrial projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job sites across the Midwest or nationally.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
