Senior Finance Attorney – Commercial Real Estate Lending

Nashville, TN

An established Nashville law firm is seeking a Senior Finance Attorney with significant experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate lending and finance transactions.

This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who is comfortable taking a lead role on complex financing matters and advising clients throughout the life cycle of a transaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial finance and commercial real estate lending
• Strong background representing both lenders and borrowers
• Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing sophisticated commercial lending transactions
• Ability to draft and negotiate loan agreements, security instruments, guarantees, and related financing documents
• Experience with complex or high-value finance transactions real estate lending is highly valued
• Ability to independently manage transactions and provide strategic guidance to clients
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Tennessee admission or ability to become admitted in Tennessee
