Job Description

We are actively seeking two experienced RN Supervisors to oversee our night staff at our Des Moines location. This role involves managing nursing operations during the night shift, ensuring excellent care delivery, and maintaining our high standards of healthcare services. This position works three 12-hour shifts per week from 6 PM to 6 AM, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage night staff, including assigning duties and managing on-call requirements.
  • Review reports and perform administrative duties to maintain continuity of care.
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, meeting and exceeding healthcare standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active RN License in the State of Iowa.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in long-term care, senior services, or hospice is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
