Maintenance Technician | Night Shift

$26.00-$33.00 an hour

gpac is partnering with a food manufacturer seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for its night-shift team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with production equipment, and making repairs that hold up, this opportunity puts those skills to work.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unexpected downtime.
• Inspect and service motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and related components.
• Use equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to diagnose problems.
• Respond to production equipment concerns and communicate repair needs.
• Identify recurring issues and help develop lasting solutions.
• Document maintenance activities and provide clear shift handoffs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, lockout/tagout, and workplace safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining production equipment and completing preventive maintenance.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and communicate clearly.
• A dependable, safety-focused approach.
• Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• Availability to work night shift.
